Condition for renewal of passport
Extension and renewal passport would be granted once:
- Effective date of passport is less than 6 months (with valid working visa)
- Passport pages are full (less than 3 pages)
- Passport is damaged/missing
There are 3 ways to make appointment for renew passport:
1. Download an application via mobile in play store (only for android system) named “E-layanan KJRI Hong Kong” and fill in the data in needed.
2. Directly to consulate at counter 3, 3rd floor from 9:30 – 13:00 on working days.)
3. Make appointment by post mail, you will need to provide:
- Mobile number that can contact maid to confirm the appointment
- Passport and HKID copy (A4 size)
- Contract copy (4 pages, single side)
